【雪Q餅食譜】超簡單，免烤箱!手作小點心，第一次就上手!
最近因疫情的關係，不能隨興的趴趴走，胖比來分享之前很常做的雪Q餅做法給你們，
在家也可以找點事來做，順便練一下廚藝(假賢慧)，其實我不會做菜，但對於烤餅乾，做甜點很有興趣，
於是就試做了這雪Q餅，雪Q餅做法一次就上手，真的不難!材料取得也相當容易，而且不用烤箱!
可以算是0失敗的點心，小朋友也可以一起幫忙，享受一下親子時光。
【雪Q餅食譜】雪Q餅做法，草莓雪Q餅，免烤箱甜點，零失敗甜點，製作超簡單，一次就可以上手。手作點心|DIY點心|親子食譜|雪Q餅作法
【雪Q餅材料】食材取得算還蠻容易的!家裡附近的全聯或便利商店，幾乎都可以買到!
【雪Q餅食譜】材料
奇福餅乾120g(對半剝成小塊)
棉花糖150g(如果是買大顆的棉花糖，建議先剪小塊，比較好操作)
無鹽奶油30g
蔓越莓果乾50g(建議可以剪小丁)
奶粉30g(也可以不加奶粉，喜歡奶味重的可以多加一點)
1.先放入奶油，待融化後加入棉花糖攪拌，切記要用小火!
也有人使用隔水加熱的方式，棉花糖比較不會焦掉，但時間上我覺得會比較久一點，
我這個急性子是直接用平底鍋(不沾鍋)下去小火攪拌。
2.棉花糖完全融化後就可以加入蔓越莓、奇福餅乾、奶粉，均勻攪拌。
這時就讓棉花糖均勻的分佈在餅乾上，棉花糖有黏性，比較不好攪拌，建議也不要攪拌太久，
棉花糖口感會變硬一些，攪拌時我個人是把火關掉，用鍋子的餘溫快速翻炒。
3.食材全部攪拌完成的樣子，接下來就來稍微整形。
這時候可以準備烘焙紙，將雪Q餅倒入，在下去壓，讓它不要一整坨，
壓成約2-3公分厚度，可以用擀麵棍將表面壓平整些，
記得蓋上烘焙紙，不然這時候的雪Q餅還是熱的，有黏性!
4.完成!等待放涼後就可以切成適當的大小。
有些人喜歡大塊一點，就可以依照自己的喜好下去切，我是比較喜歡一口吃的大小，
如果覺得邊邊不好看可以切掉，雪Q餅太黏的話，可以在切之前撒上些許奶粉，比較不會這麼黏!
這是我第一次做的雪Q餅，表面沒有用擀麵棍整形，所以比較不平整，後來越做越上手，
就比較漂亮了，吃起來不黏牙，有點鹹甜的感覺，棉花糖是軟Q的，帶點奶香，很涮嘴!
有些市售的手工雪Q餅價位也不便宜，有興趣的朋友可以動手做看看。
包裝後是不是很像賣的，千萬別找我訂購耶!我沒有在賣雪Q餅啦~
